Amenities listed are advertised in pre-launch material and are not yet an approved specification. Some portals also show office-style amenities (Grade A offices, IT infrastructure) that appear to be a content error for a residential township, so we have not included them. Confirm the final amenity list, clubhouse size, delivery schedule and maintenance charges in writing.
Few projects in Kompally offer amenities at the scale proposed here. A clubhouse of around 2 lakh sq ft serving roughly 6,000 homes, combined with a reported 80% open space, puts Prestige Kompally in the league of Hyderabad's large integrated townships.
