Some of the tallest residential towers proposed in North Hyderabad.
Pre-launch material describes each of Prestige Kompally's 12 towers as 2 basements + 3 podium levels + 48–50 residential floors; one listing calls them G+50. At that height, upper floors would offer long views across North Hyderabad's greener landscape. High-speed elevators and podium parking are part of the plan.
Ask about lifts per core, units per floor, fire safety systems, refuge floors and wind/structural design. Also check floor-rise charges on the price list. See high-rise apartments.
