Under-construction homes usually cost less than ready ones, come with construction-linked payment plans and let you choose units early. Prestige Kompally is expected to start foundation work after its proposed December 2026 launch.
GST of 5% applies to under-construction non-affordable homes (not on ready homes with OC). You also carry rent plus EMI until possession and delay risk. RERA's delay interest provisions help. See possession.
