Prestige Kompally is one of the largest premium residential townships proposed in North Hyderabad.
North Hyderabad — Kompally, Medchal, Alwal, Bowenpally and Suchitra — has historically offered better value than the western IT corridor, with good schools and highway access. What it has lacked is large branded townships. Prestige Kompally, with about 40 acres, 12 high-rise towers and roughly 6,000 homes, is pitched to fill that gap.
