Over four decades it has built residential apartments, integrated townships, villas, offices, malls and hotels across South India and beyond, with a portfolio of 300+ projects. In Hyderabad, the group has delivered and launched large communities such as Prestige High Fields in the Financial District and Prestige City Hyderabad, giving it local experience with high-rise township development.

Vaishnaoi Group is a Hyderabad-based developer reported as Prestige's joint-venture partner for Kompally. As of November 2026 the partnership has not been confirmed in an official Prestige Group announcement, and some sources describe "Prestige Kompally" as a working name used in channel-partner marketing.
