On the growth axis from Suchitra to Medchal, Prestige Kompally is part of North Hyderabad's expanding residential belt.
The stretch of NH-44 from Suchitra through Kompally to Medchal has steadily filled with gated communities, schools and commercial development. Medchal itself has industrial and logistics activity, and a Paradise–Medchal metro corridor has been proposed along this route. Prestige Kompally is positioned in the more established Kompally–Gundlapochampally part of this axis.
