Prestige Group's Hyderabad portfolio has largely been concentrated in the western corridor — Financial District, Kokapet and Rajendranagar — where land and per-sq-ft prices are among the city's highest. Prestige Kompally, if launched as advertised, would be one of the brand's notable moves into North Hyderabad.
That shows in the pricing: an indicative ₹94.6 lakh for a ~1,110 sq ft 2 BHK (about ₹8,500 per sq ft) is a lower entry point than typical western-corridor Prestige projects, while offering township scale and a 2 lakh sq ft clubhouse.
Prestige price sheets usually list base price per sq ft on super built-up area, plus floor rise, PLC for preferred facings, car parking, clubhouse and corpus charges and GST. Ask for the carpet area of each unit so you can compare across projects. Final Kompally prices will be published only after TG RERA registration.
