What you may need to pay, and when, to book at Prestige Kompally.
An EOI (Expression of Interest) is a pre-launch, usually refundable, deposit to register priority. A booking amount is paid after RERA registration when a specific unit is allotted. Pre-launch material lists EOIs of ₹3 lakh (2 BHK) to ₹15 lakh (4 BHK), with 10% due at booking and 10% at agreement.
Pay only by cheque or bank transfer to the developer's entity, get receipts, insist on written refund terms, and pay the booking amount only into the RERA project account after registration. See booking steps (Hinglish).
| Configuration | Reported EOI* |
|---|---|
| 2 BHK | ₹3 Lakh |
| 2.5 BHK | ₹6 Lakh |
| 3 BHK | ₹9 Lakh |
| 3.5 BHK | ₹12 Lakh |
| 4 BHK | ₹15 Lakh |
*Another source mentions a flat refundable ₹2 lakh EOI. Reported payment plan: 10% booking, 10% agreement, 80% construction-linked. An EOI is not a booking — pay a booking amount only after TG RERA registration.
Look up the project and promoter yourself on rera.telangana.gov.in — registration is still reported as pending.
